Jason Hughes inspires St Aubyns pupils
Midsomer Murders actor talks to aspiring actors and actresses Wednesday 18 January 2012On Tuesday 17th January, we were lucky enough to be visited by a well known actor called Jason Hughes, who is one of the lead roles in the television series‘Midsomer Murders’ and is involved with many other theatre productions and television series. Firstly Jason talked to us about his time in school , and how he started acting , with the help of L.A.M.D.A, which was very encouraging for all the L.A.M.D.A pupils who attended the session.
Jason then began to tell us about the interesting experiences he had whilst performing at the Theatre Royal and how to deal with nerves whilst acting. He also advised us on different techniques to learn lines and accents. It was an enjoyable afternoon and Jason Hughes was a truly inspirational guest.
