Wind in the Willows
Another fantastic day with Arts Express! Thursday 13 May 2010
On Tuesday 4th May all the children from Years 3 - 5 came dressed as
characters from Kenneth Grahame's "Wind in the Willows". This day was part of this year's Arts Express theme of Literary Classics.
The day started with a fantastic show from Kat's Grin Theatre company. The children then took part in three different workshops throughout the day. These included mask making, building Toad's car with Patrick from "Same Sky" and a drama workshop using tableaux to revisit some of the themes of the story.
