Ellery. In the first half of the evening the orchestra performed Vivaldi's Concerto in G Major and then accompanied our choir in Panis Angelicus by Cesar Franck in an arrangement by Stephen Ellery. This was followed by Chopin's Piano Concerto in E Minor played by Graham Caskie. The second half of the evening began with Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik and ended with suite of Romanian Folk Dances by Bartok. In between this the St Aubyns Choir performed a medley of songs from Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat.

It was an exceedingly rich evening of musical fare and our pupils were very much at home in the midst of these eminent musicians. It was a privilege to sing with the orchestra and the children's confidence was lifted by performing in such exalted company.
