Brazilian Carnival!
Thursday 2 July 2009On Tuesday 30th June, the whole school took part in our last Arts Express Day of the year, and what a successful day it was! The children took part in 4 fantastic workshops – all with a Carnival theme. We had visiting professional artists who led the workshops, enabling the children to have four very different creative experiences, precisely what Arts Express is about! The workshops were: Carnival Dance, Costume Making/Face Painting, Carnival Drumming/Percussion and lastly making Carnival Flags…
