St Aubyns in the snow
School open Tuesday 3 February 2009
St Aubyns opened in the snow on Monday for the twenty pupils who came in from the local villages.
Not deterred by the inclement conditions a good proportion of staff were present and a programme of morning lessons in English, Maths, Science, French, Geography, Art and ICT was put together. An extended break time
allowed for much fun as a reward for the fortitude shown in braving the elements. Even the Headmaster and his dog joined in! The children returned home after lunch.
Tuesday saw a return to a full timetable with nearly all of the staff and children in school.
