St Aubyns offers a number of services in addition to the full school day which are designed to help parents with the busy lives they lead. Listed below in simple form are the services on offer, most of which can be charged to the fee invoice issued at the end of term. Minibuses
 
Four minibus routes are operated each morning dropping off at school at 8.05am and leaving school at 5.30pm. Details of the routes are available from the school office. The charge is per term for morning or evening journeys only or for morning and evening combined; charges vary each term according to the length of the term. For example, for the Spring Term 2012 the charges are:
  • Morning or evening journeys only: £127.20
  • Morning and evening journeys: £216.24
 
Pre-Prep
 
Breakfast – at 7.30am in the Small Dining Room - £2.75 per day
Early drop off – from 8.00am onwards – no extra charge
After School Care – from 3.30 to 5.30 – charged by the hour - £4.00 per hour
Supper – 5.45pm to 6.15pm in the Small Dining Room – £2.75 per day
 
Special package (payable in advance at the start of term):
  • Unlimited use of After School Care - £400
 
From the age of seven we welcome children to board which includes supper and breakfast (see details of charges below).
 
Prep

From the School Kitchens – NEW IN SPRING TERM 2012
 
From this term the school will be running a morning café and an evening take-home supper service:
  • Morning café – each morning parents who wish to stay in school may use the Big Dining Room where hot drinks and breakfast snacks will be served at a small charge per item
  • Take-home supper – our school chef will be providing a menu of suppers to be collected from the kitchens between 8.00am and 9.00am or 5.00pm and 5.30pm; orders will need to be placed 24 hours in advance; a menu, price list and order slips will be available in the Day Lobby
