Note: For entry in September 2012 onwards to any part of the school the refundable deposit will be a single payment of £400 which will be refunded when your child leaves the school.

* Nursery: The Early Years' Free Entitlement (EYFE) gives all children in Nursery 15 hours of free education per week. The EYFE session runs from 08.00am to 11.00am every day. Each additional hour thereafter will be charged at £6.00.
** Reception: Please note that those children in Reception class with a qualifying date of birth, will also receive a free period of 3 hours per day attended; however, only full-time education is available at this level of the School. The ‘free period’ allowance will be credited against the normal fee chargeable.
*** The fees for after school care are waived for parents who have children in both the Pre-Prep and the Prep departments.

Wrap Around Care
St Aubyns offers a range of services to pupils and parents which are intended to help parents with their busy lives. These include minibus services in mornings and evenings, breakfast and supper for day pupils, After School Care for Pre-Prep pupils, boarding on a weekly or flexi basis, a morning parents' cafe in school and take-home suppers from the school kitchens. Weekly Boarding supplement £880 per term
Flexi-boarding: Occasional £30 per night
Regular (commitment to a whole term) £25 per week for one night

Payment of Fees
Fees must be paid on or before the first day of the term for which they are due. Fees not paid at that time will be subject to a surcharge.
In the event of withdrawal, a term’s notice in writing must be given to the Headmaster or a term’s fees paid in lieu of such notice.
Spreading the Cost of the Fees
For those parents who wish to spread the cost of fees, the school has an agreement with School Fees Plan who administer on behalf of St Aubyns a monthly direct debit collection scheme.
