Pre-Prep Fees

* Nursery: The Early Years' Grant is redeemable for 12.5 hours of free Nursery education (to become 15 hours in September 2010). Until April 2010 we will continue to charge a sessional rate of £20.50 and the grant is credited against that charge. From April 2010 parents will be able to register for one to five free sessions or for a full-time place.
** Reception: Please note that those children in Reception class with a qualifying date of birth, will also receive a free period of 2.5 hours per day attended; however, only full-time education is available at this level of the School. The ‘free period’ allowance will be credited against the normal fee chargeable.
*** The fees for after school care are waived for parents who have children in both the Pre-Prep and the Prep departments.

Fees must be paid on or before the first day of the term for which they are due. Fees not paid at that time will be subject to a surcharge. NB A monthly payment scheme exists in respect of termly fees. For more information please contact the Bursar’s office.
In the event of withdrawal, a term’s notice in writing must be given to the Headmaster or a term’s fees paid in lieu of such notice.
Spreading the Cost of the Fees
For those parents who wish to spread the cost of fees, the school has an agreement with Holmwoods Term Time Credit who administer on behalf of St Aubyns a monthly direct debit collection scheme.

St Aubyns offers a number of scholarships annually and also runs a means-tested bursary scheme. Details can be obtained from the School Office.
